Bob Garlington, owner of Ward Business Insurance Agency, has over forty years in the insurance business. He started his insurance career in 1967 as an underwriter with Aetna Insurance Company (now part of ACE USA) in Park Ridge, Illinois. He was a commercial underwriter with the Trinity Companies (now Unitrin) in Dallas, Texas starting in 1969. Bob joined Ward Brothers & Associates in 1978 and since 1992 functioned as the Commercial Lines Marketing Manager. Bob was made Vice President in 1996, and served in that capacity until purchasing the Ward Brothers & Associates, Inc. Commercial Insurance operation in 2004.

Phyllis Nevill is Director of Operations for Ward Business Insurance. Phyllis has over thirty-five years experience with Ward Brothers & Associates having served as Executive Assistant to Jack Ward. She has very strong background in insurance and agency management and she is well know by our customers as a person who can get the job done right every time.

Darlene Harrison is our Senior Account Executive and Supervisor of Customer Service. Darlene has over thirty-five years experience with Ward Brothers & Associates, Inc. She is thoroughly familiar with our companies, our clients and their needs. Darlene is the always-cheerful voice on the other end of the line.

Sue Payne is a Senior Customer Service Representative. She began her insurance career with Southern States Life Insurance Company in 1960 in the Reinsurance Department, and in 1968 went to the Aubrey Calvin Insurance Agency in their booking department. Sue joined Ward Brothers & Associates in 1970 and for the last thirty-nine years has been recognized by our clients as a knowledgeable insurance professional who will always watch out for their interests.

Diane Baker has an extensive commercial lines customer service background having worked with several major insurance agencies in the Houston area before joining Ward Business Insurance in June 2004. With a solid background of more than thirty years in he business, Diane is recognized as a knowledgeable insurance professional with a "can do" attitude.
